At Aleea Eprubetei 7-11, in the Nicolae Grigorescu neighbourhood, the same team is building a block with a high ground floor, 8 storeys and a set-back 9th floor: 37 apartments, due in December 2026. It has its own website, with the list of apartments and a construction diary updated month by month.
Ilioara Residence is the project that best shows how the team works: the concrete structure is up on all levels, the façade is in progress, and every stage is photographed and published on the project's website, not just described.
You find the same choices at Micro City: underfloor heating throughout, own boiler, triple-glazed windows and finishes included in the price — only here on a much smaller scale, with nine apartments instead of 37.
Real photos, July–September 2026. The full diary, with every month, is on ilioararesidence.ro.
Dristor Apartments is finished and lived in. If you're thinking about an apartment at Micro City and want to see how we work first, come and visit it.
